Range Pricing Guide · 2026
Daily range fees, activity tokens, private range rentals and add-ons — member and guest rates side by side. No surprises at the clubhouse window.
Daily range fee
The daily fee covers the covered main firing line — pistol 5 to 25 yards, rifle 50 to 300 yards with steel gongs at 300, and the .22 rimfire steel gallery — from the 8:30 hot call until 4:00 PM. One paper target included.
Activities & tokens
Tokens are sold at the clubhouse front desk and collected by the RSO at the start of each round — RSOs never handle cash. Items marked “+ daily fee” are add-ons; the others stand alone with no daily admission fee.

Private range rentals
Instructors, groups, youth organizations and members who want to run drills without distractions can reserve a bay. Half-day sessions run 8:30–12:30 or 12:30–4:30; full days run 8:30–4:30. Six target packages are included with every rental. Rental requests require at least 30 days' notice.
Free for youth organizations: nationally recognized groups such as 4-H, Scouts, Trail Life, Royal Rangers, JROTC and Sea Cadets use the ranges at no charge. Non-local law enforcement agencies pay the member rate without sales tax with the required documentation. A renter who is compensated for instruction is an instructor and pays instructor rates.
Rental add-ons
Every rental requires a non-shooting, certified Range Safety Officer (RSO) — one per 15 participants. Bring your own RSO* or hire one from MGAC**.
*When using your own RSO, a certificate of insurance must be provided. Other restrictions apply; see the Range Reservation FAQ.
**Rental requests and MGAC RSO bookings require at least 30 days' notice before the event date.
Bringing a class? Instructors provide credentials, a $1M certificate of liability insurance naming Manatee County Gun & Archery Club, Inc., a one-page program of instruction, and an attendee list so waivers can be verified. Full requirements are in the Range Reservation FAQ.
